About us
Toro Tour

Our Story
Toro Tours started with a simple idea:
We offer the kind of tours we’d want to take ourselves

We got tired of the big, rushed, impersonal excursions where you barely scratch the surface of a place. So we decided to do things differently.
At Toro Tours, we keep it small, personal and real. Our tours feel more like spending the day with friends, sharing stories, local food, a few laughs, and discovering the real soul of the Costa Blanca.
We’re based in Alicante, and our mission is to give travelers a genuine taste of this beautiful region—its history, its flavors, and its people—through carefully designed, small-group experiences.
Whether we’re walking through medieval villages, exploring coastal towns, or tasting local wines and olive oils, our goal is to make you feel connected—to the places, to the stories, and to the moment.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission
To offer personal, high-quality experiences in groups of no more than 20 people, sharing the best of our culture, history and local life, just like we would with visiting friends.
Our Vision
To become the top-rated small-group tour company on the Spanish coast and one day, across Europe.
But always keeping that close, authentic, friendly style that makes Toro Tours special.

Why Toro Tours Exists

Because we believe travel should be more than just ticking boxes.
Toro Tours was born from the idea that a good tour is not about rushing through places, it’s about taking the time to enjoy them, to understand them, and to connect with the people around you.
We wanted to bring that warm, flexible, friendly feel to every tour, leaving room for spontaneous stops, fun stories, and real conversations. It’s not just a service. It’s an experience.
Our Values

Authenticity
We keep it real. Always.

Connection
It’s about people, not buses.

Meet The Team
The people behind your next adventure.
We’re a small but passionate team of guides, travelers, storytellers, and logistics wizards.
What we all have in common?
We love what we do, we love this region, and we love sharing it with others.
We’re not just tour guides—we’re your companions for the day, your storytellers, your cultural translators, and maybe even your new friends in Spain.

Gustavo Minuti
Founder & Head Guide
With over a decade of experience working in tourism across Argentina, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Italy and finally Spain, Gustavo decided it was time to plant roots somewhere he could bring his vision to life: offering real, meaningful travel experiences.
He’s passionate about nature, culture, and of course, good food. Gustavo will do whatever it takes to make every tour not just memorable—but unforgettable on a sensory and emotional level.
Ready for a day full of stories, culture, amazing spots and great food like you're out with friends?
You know who to call!

Daniela Riselli
Tour Guide
Born in Argentina with deep Italian roots and a magnetic personality, Daniela (or "Dani", as she prefers) will take you through each place with charm, passion and a great sense of humor. Her way of telling stories is half history, half theater—and all heart.
By the end of the tour, you won’t just have discovered a new place—you’ll probably feel like you’ve made a new lifelong friend in Spain.
Want local tips on where to eat, what to do, and where to go next?
Just ask. She’ll map it out in seconds.

María Fernanda Minuti
Front Desk & Guest Relations
Also known as “Gus’s sister,” María Fernanda is a tourism graduate, a polyglot (she speaks five languages and counting), and our behind-the-scenes superstar. She makes sure your needs become reality—from answering emails to coordinating logistics, always with a huge smile and endless energy.
If you’re talking to someone who’s cheerful, efficient, and answers before you even ask… that’s her.

Oliver Brooks
Operations Manager
Originally from Brighton, UK, Oliver fell in love with Spain’s rhythm of life—and never looked back. He keeps everything running smoothly at Toro Tours: routes, timing, transport, and team logistics.
With a background in sustainable tourism and a love for hiking, he’s the quiet force behind the scenes making sure each tour goes off without a hitch.

Laura Medina
Cultural Host & Wine Expert
Born in Bogotá and trained in Valencia, Laura brings a special flavor to every tour—sometimes literally. As our cultural host and wine tasting expert, she’ll guide you through the stories behind each region, bottle, and bite. Her knowledge of Mediterranean traditions and Spanish gastronomy makes her an unforgettable part of the journey.
You’ll learn, you’ll laugh, and you’ll probably leave with a new favorite wine.

Marco Romano
Driver-Guide & Local Historian
From Naples but now a proud Alicante local, Marco is not just your driver—he’s your animated guide, history nerd, and playlist master. He’s got a story for every castle, a fun fact for every stop, and the smoothest driving skills on the Costa Blanca.
If you’re hearing music from the 80s and a voice telling you medieval secrets you’re probably in Marco’s van.
